  • Clothing – Clothes may be exchanged for the correct size within 15 days of purchase. If we do not have the desired size in stock we will issue you a refund once the product has been mailed back to us. NO SHIPMENT COST REFUNDS. Cost of return shipping will be customer responsibility

SHIPPING POLICY

  • Monogrammed Equestrian is NOT responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by the carrier. The Postal Service or UPS will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped.

 

  • Clothing, Jewelry, and Accessory items will ship within 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS after your order has been received. Issues with shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours. 
  • Personalized Embroidered/Printed Items will be processed within 2-4 business days after your order has been received. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for personalized embroidered/printed items to ship after a sale. 
  • Pre-Embroidered Items will ship within 1 to 2 BUSINESS DAYS after your order has been received. Issues with shipments must be reported to us within 24 hours.
